Kindergarten Registration

Pre-K registration opens on March 2, 2026, for the 2026–2027 school year. Please carefully go through the steps and paperwork below to be eligible for registration.

• Step 1: Carefully read through the Kindergarten information letter.
• Step 2: Fill out the Kindergarten Pre-Registration online form.
• Step 3: Fill out and complete the Kindergarten Questionnaire.
• Step 4: Bring all the required/requested documents into the office.

Required Documents

• Original birth certificate
• Immunization records or exemption
• Proof of residency and/or open enrollment form (if out of district)
• Kindergarten Questionnaire

New Student Registration

We designed our enrollment process to welcome new families into our educational community. We’ll help you every step of the way.

To enroll a student in South Summit Elementary, you must provide the following:

• Photo ID
• Proof of Residency (utility bill or rental agreement with your name and address on it)
• Certified Original Birth Certificate
• Immunization Records or Utah Exemption Form

Submit items under this line if applicable:

• Previous School Records
• Proof of Guardianship
• Residency Affidavit
• IEP and 504 plan
• Open Enrollment Application
